Bounce Management API

Email sending is an integral part of many HGSP processes, like user registration, license purchasing or license expiration. If invalid emails are entered, based on the bounced messages, the accounts are locked. The locking mechanism is available via a REST API as well, for service users. If a service user wants to lock a user account, he is able to do so using the Bounce API.
